Help with Your Studies
Inventorium RTO facilitators are all qualified teachers and experienced VET trainers, so they have a thorough understanding of the challenges students face over the course of their studies.
Students meet with their facilitators weekly, and this is an opportunity to get help with specific questions, discuss issues, and progress toward the successful completion of assessments.
Students with more complex or ongoing issues may be referred to Academic Support for additional assistance.
An English language support service is available to assist students to gain confidence in spoken and written English. All reasonable support to enable students from overseas to achieve expected learning outcomes will be provided at no additional cost. Requests for additional support will be dealt with in confidence.
Wellbeing Support
It can be stressful to juggle study and other everyday pressures.
The Inventorium RTO Wellbeing Officer is available to support students during times of difficulty, such as issues with mental health, family responsibilities, work pressures, and general stress and anxiety that make study difficult. The Wellbeing Officer can provide support and guidance to help students manage difficult circumstances.
Just need to talk to someone?
Inventorium RTO maintains the simple philosophy that no two learners are alike, and aims to provide each student with flexible options to meet their needs.
Facilitators and students work together to develop a course of action for study, and this partnership provides a basis for trust, cooperation, and mutual respect. During one-on-one sessions, students are provided a unique opportunity to discuss not only course work, but also broader topics – life events, work, cares and worries that all contribute to students’ individual situation.
For more complex or sensitive matters, facilitators will refer students to more specialised services.
