Prof Eddie Blass
CEO | Founder

Eddie Blass is an experienced entrepreneur, employer, business owner, and academic. Her interest in learning and teaching from both an academic and social perspective led her to create The Inventorium, a company that provides an alternative approach to learning that is delivering great results for those who fail to thrive within the mainstream school system.
She is now working to expand the business internationally, particularly in the USA.

Linda Kelly
Facilitator

Linda is an experienced facilitator with extensive experience across the VET sector, including teaching English as a second language. Linda combines her teaching expertise with her ability to mentor and support students, assisting them with the development of both soft and hard skills to prepare them for their future employment. Linda is an active facilitator in the Inventorium’s Recareer Program which works to transition participants from unemployment to employment.

Tracey Korsten
Facilitator

Tracey is an experienced facilitator and presenter who has worked with a diverse range of students over many years. She works with students to understand their goals and aspirations and creates a learning environment to suit their learning style. Tracey is an experienced training and development consultant and works as a public speaking coach. She is a professional member of the Australian Institute of Training and Development. Tracey is an active facilitator in the Inventorium’s Recareer Program which works to transition participants from unemployment to employment.

Lyn Bosanquet
Operations

Lyn is an experienced senior manager with a proven ability to deliver systems and programs to improve learning outcomes. She has worked for many years in the higher education sector designing and implementing learning programs that provide all students with the opportunity to achieve success. Her key areas of expertise are student engagement and support, information management, service delivery and business administration. Lyn also manages the Inventorium’s Recareer Program which works to transition participants from unemployment to employment.
